Job Role: Director of Microarray Services
Basic Purpose: Develop and implement microarray based testing in an oncology diagnostics setting
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will collaborate with scientific thought leaders in academia and clinical research to develop and validate clinically relevant platforms. Responsibilities will include facilitating experimental design, data interpretation and large-scale analyses of various datasets from microarrays. Candidate should be able to take initiative and hire and train lab personnel on various microarray platforms and maintain the workflow in a high throughput diagnostic setting.
Requirements:
The position requires an MS or a PhD in a relevant field of Biology preferably with a background in bioinformatics. Peer reviewed publications in the field are highly desirable. Experience with Agilent or Nimbelgen microarray platforms is required. Proficiency with database and statistical computer based tools is desirable. The successful candidate will also possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Job Role: Director of Cytogenetics
The successful candidate will review and analyze patient test results to aid diagnosis in a clinical laboratory setting. Candidate will be analyzing cytogenetics and array CGH based diagnostic cases to review chromosomal and genetic abnormalities. Candidate should be well versed with oncology, microarray and cytogenetics based literature.
Qualifications: MD and/or PhD in a relevant field and board certified in cytogenetics and/or molecular genetics.
Job Role: Technologist I: Microarray Laboratory
This individual will work as part of a team in our CLIA-certified oncology diagnostics laboratory. Responsibilities will include preparing DNA from submitted samples, running array CGH experiments, data analysis and general maintenance of the laboratory. Experience working with microarray platforms is highly desirable. The position requires the knowledge and skills normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related field with up to one year of relevant experience.
Experience with some or all of the following is desirable: genomic DNA extraction, PCR amplification, sequencing, cell culture, preparation and running of sequencing, agarose, and polyacrylamide gels. Attention to detail and accuracy is critical, as is the ability to work in a team environment.

Two yrs of demonstrated success in marketing or sales and an advanced degree in a scientific discipline are preferred.
Job Role: Research Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will collaborate with scientific thought leaders and the medical leadership within the company to establish and manage research projects leading to publications in peer-reviewed journals. This individual will be responsible for IRB application, screening, counseling and recruiting study subjects in research projects, research-related clinical services, specimen collection, data collection, data entry and transmission. Computer skills such as word processing (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), database management and internet research are required.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, training and experience, plus two years of related experience. Knowledge and experience in clinical research. Basic understanding of database programs such as Access is extremely helpful.
